Processing Time

• Made-to-order & personalised items (all personalised items, keychains, and bookmarks, whether personalised or not) require 4–5 business days for processing.

• Other items are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

Delivery Options

All orders include a tracking number. Available delivery methods:

• Tracked 48 – Two day delivery aim

• Tracked 24 – Next-business day delivery aim

• Next Day Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm – Next day delivery guarantee by 1pm

• Evri Standard Parcel Shop Delivery - Deliver to a ParcelShop 2-4 business days

• Evri Standard Home Delivery - Deliver to home or business address 2-4 business days

• Evri Next Day Home Delivery - Delivery in 1 working day to most UK destinations.

Delivery times are estimated. While we aim to meet them, delays can occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Locations

• We currently only ship to the UK.

• For international orders, please visit our Etsy shop via the link in the header menu.

• All international shipping is subject to local customs and import taxes; these are the responsibility of the buyer.
