Return & Refund Policy

Non-Personalised Items

  • Customers have 14 days from receipt to notify us they wish to return an item (change their mind).

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of notification — maximum 28 days from delivery.

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging.

  • Return postage costs are paid by the customer. Please keep proof of postage or tracking.

  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method once the item is received and inspected.

Personalised Items

  • Cannot be refunded or returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • Contact us within 30 days of receipt.

  • Please provide photos or proof of the damage/fault.

  • We will provide a full refund, replacement, or repair as appropriate.
