Non-Personalised Items

Customers have 14 days from receipt to notify us they wish to return an item (change their mind).

Items must be returned within 14 days of notification — maximum 28 days from delivery.

Items must be in original condition and packaging.

Return postage costs are paid by the customer. Please keep proof of postage or tracking.

Refunds are issued using the same payment method once the item is received and inspected.
